1. Danish and English Language Courses
These courses are designed to help you
- improve your vocabulary
- increase fluency
- understand grammar
- construct correct sentences in oral and written language
First and foremost, we want to boost your motivation to learn and to practice your language skills.
Introduction to culture and society is integrated in the language courses.
This includes short presentations on topics like history, politics, design, architecture, Nordic Food, work-life balance, the welfare society, the green profile in Denmark and current news from Danish media.
We will read texts related to these topics.
The courses meet once or twice a week for 1 hour . You decide the length of the course – we recommend at least 2-3 months.
Prices:
450, – DKK per lesson for 1 student (textbook not included)
550, – DKK per lesson for 2-5 students (textbook not included)
2. Spouse introduction
- Why not learn some Danish while you are in Copenhagen?
- A basic command of the Danish language will make your life in DK easier and more interesting.
- Our introductory course consists of 10 lessons and includes conversations (in English if needed) about the country, the city, food, art, the welfare society and local traditions.
Place: at your embassy, home or another suitable venue
Time: Between 10 am and 4.30 pm.
How often: One hour per week, for 10 weeks.
Price : 4.500 DKK ( excluding textbooks)
Visits to a museum, historical place, a Danish home or an interesting neighborhood are optional . An outing will last approx. 3 hours and costs 750 DKK, excluding entry fee and transport costs.
3. Special lessons
Special individual lessons, assistance with proof reading, speech writing and preparations for special meetings.
We can help give your speech or article the real Danish touch as well as prepare for meetings in Danish, for example through role-play and presentations.
Price:
550, – DDK per hour
4. Private Lessons
We offer private, individual lessons in our offices in central Copenhagen or online, with a particular focus on pronunciation, preparation for language tests or tailored to any other current need for the Danish language.
Prices from 300 – 350 DKK per hour, depending on location.
Terms
Dates and payment
The number and dates of lessons required will be agreed at our first meeting.
These are paid for by the second lesson (via netbank or mobile pay).
Completion of a language course
Courses should be completed within 12 months of the first lesson.
